Q: What if I receive a defective item?
A: If your item arrives defective, you are eligible for a replacement. Defects must be reported within 30 days of the delivery date.
To request a replacement:
- Email phoenixgoalkeeping@gmail.com
- Include your order number in the subject line
- Provide a detailed description of the issue (photos encouraged)
Q: Can I exchange an item if I ordered the wrong size?
A: Yes, we offer size exchanges. Requests must be made within 14 days of the delivery date.
Please note:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Item must be in unused, original condition
Q: Do you offer refunds?
A: At this time, Phoenix Goalkeeping primarily offers replacements (for defective items) and exchanges (for sizing issues). Refunds are not guaranteed and are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Q: What items are not eligible for return or exchange?
A: Items that are:
- Used or worn
- Reported outside of the return window
- Damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear
Q: How long does it take to process an exchange or replacement?
A: Once your request is approved and (if applicable) the item is received, please allow 5–10 business days for processing.
